Natural Wellness

Welcome

Welcome to the website of Relaxing Times (Essex), which gives information on treatments available. It was whilst qualifying as an ITEC Massage Therapist that I found myself thinking how other therapies also benefitted the body and mind.
From this point, my interest in the holistic approach deepened and I decided to train in additional therapies. As we all make our respective journeys along the paths of daily life, I am sure many of us have found ourselves feeling exhausted and stressed.

Faced with the demands of every day challenges, many people do not take enough time to stop, relax and ease tension. However, taking time to look after ourselves is vital for our overall general wellbeing.
I believe it is important in life to take the time to listen to people and understand the best way to care for them, which is why I love working in a compassionate area that is beneficial to so many people.

Relaxing Times (Essex) would like to raise awareness of the charity CALM

As suicide is the single largest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK, they do an outstanding job of providing support for people worried about a friend or family member, supporting those bereaved, as well as working within communities to spread the word and help those in need. None of us know what the future has in store, but too many young men are not only losing their lives, but also the chance of future happiness. If you wish to help in any way or would like further information, please visit CALM’s website, www.calmzone.net. CALM’s free and anonymous helpline and webchat are open every day, 5pm-midnight.
